Executive Mara Gagnon - Oddball Entertainment (SOLD OUT)

*great for sci fi, action, thriller and horror projects!

Mara Gagnon has been working under Wes Ball at his company Oddball Entertainment for the past 5 years. Wes is most recently known for directing the MAZERUNNER franchise, and will be directing the next adaptation of PLANET OF THE APES for Disney. Mara runs creative development for the company, reading scripts and working with writers to get their projects "studio ready." Oddball is focused on a wide range of projects; most notably the company takes on large world-building fantasy or sci-fi driven scripts and uses new technology and innovation to bring them to life for less.

After going on location to South Africa for MAZE RUNNER: THE DEATH CURE, Mara gained an understanding of what makes it to the screen, what gets cut, and why. Mara loves collaboration and helping writers find their voices. She particularly enjoys scripts that bend the rules of their genre, but in her work life she focuses on animation, fantasy, adventure, action, thrillers, horror, and sci-fi for the company.

Oddball currently has both feature and television projects set up with major studios, as well as both features and TV for streamers.
