Dissecting What Makes A Script "Work" with Producer & Lit Manager

What’s better than one exec sharing their expertise? Why, it’s two execs! Roadmap is happy to host a SUPER webinar with Manager Chris Deckard and Producer Joe Russo. Chris and Joe will take a BlackList script that set the town on fire and break down what makes the script great. Each exec will draw on his strength with Chris covering the representation side and Joe covering the development side.

They will analyze the journey of the script and its writer from the outset beginning with why it was written, why it’s good, what happened when it hit the marketplace and where the writer (and script) is now.
**You will be sent a copy of the script being covered in the Webinar along with the recording upon registering!

This 90-Min. Webinar Will Cover:
-Why the goal of a script shouldn’t just be to get it made
-How unproduced scripts can still parlay into a career
-Behind-the-scenes of the life of a script once it’s out of the writer’s hands
-Why certain scripts appeal to the industry
  -Why particular scripts “work”
-How reps (agents/managers) look at scripts and how that may differ from a development standpoint
