Dana started her career at WME working for the head of the TV Talent Department and then transferred into the TV Literary department where she worked for a board member and head of the diversity committee. From WME she started working for one of her former boss's clients, Jessica Rhoades, who previously ran TV at Blumhouse before exiting to start her own writer driven TV production company, Pacesetter Productions. They have a first look deal with HBO and have worked on acclaimed shows such as SHARP OBJECTS, THE AFFAIR, DIRTY JOHN and have upcoming UTOPIA for Amazon and STATION ELEVEN for HBO Max. At Pacesetter writers come first and all the do centers around writers they love and the ideas they want to bring to life.
