Pitch Tips

Concept first. I always believe if the concept is strong that it can be used. Next is Characters, without a compelling arc there is nowhere to go.

About Your Host

Benjamin Coster holds a BA in Film & Electronic Arts from CSU Long Beach and after graduation jumped into the world of physical production. He worked as an Office PA on THE GRINDER, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, BONES, and THE ORVILLE. Ben then paid his dues at ICM Partners serving as an assistant in the Motion Picture Literary Department. Following that, Ben ended up working for David Leitch & Kelly McCormick (87Eleven) on DEADPOOL 2 and FAST & FURIOUS PRESENTS: HOBBS AND SHAW. That opportunity led to Ben’s current position as a Development Assistant at Neal Moritz's production company, Original Film (GOOSEBUMPS, PASSENGERS).
