About Your Host

Ayo Owolabi currently holds the position of Coordinator of Development at Paramount Television. In this role,she has developed and overseen critically acclaimed shows including 13 REASONS WHY, BOOMERANG and the upcoming Apple show, DEFENDING JACOB. Prior to working at Paramount, she worked in film finance and held a position at Roy Lee's production company, Vertigo Entertainment. Ayo is a native of Houston, Texas and aspires to join the list of notable Houstonians changing the world: Beyonce, Anna Nicole Smith, Karamo Brown and to a lesser extent, Travis Scott. She is a graduate of Arizona State University where she studied Film and Media Industries and currently resides in East Hollywood.

  • Your material submission is due as soon as you are ready, but no later than 9:00am PT on the day of the session.
  • During the session, the exec will read as many of your opening pages as they can get through in 8 minutes.
  • You will receive this exec's written feedback on your pages via email within 5 business days following the session unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the start of the session. Cancellations requested after this period will be ineligible for refunds.
