Cohen began her career at Picture This Television, an Emmy award winning company that has produced series including Bravo's 'Kathy Griffin My Life on the D-List' and 'Celebrity Poker Showdown.' She then moved to ICM Partners, one of the world's largest talent and literary agencies, working on desks from Comedy to Concerts to Theater. After ICM, Cohen received an M.B.A. and M.S. in Television Management from Drexel University. While in graduate school, Cohen interned at truTV in the Business Affairs department, Bravo/Oxygen in the Program Strategy department and wrote her thesis on interactive pediatric media while volunteering with Seacrest Studios at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In the theater space, Cohen worked at Davenport Theatrical Enterprises (Broadway productions include Deaf West’s Spring Awakening, Kinky Boots and Godspell) as Company Manager of Off-Broadway's 'Miss Abigail's Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage' starring Brady Bunch's Eve Plumb and Three's Company's Joyce DeWitt. Currently, Cohen is a Senior Manager, Strategy at Peacock. Prior to the Strategy role, Cohen came from the Insights & Positioning team supporting NBC Entertainment across platforms. Arielle joined NBCU from Comcast Spotlight where she supported Advanced Advertising for Entertainment clients. By night, Cohen is a Development Executive for Broadway Producer Eric Falkenstein's Spark Productions. Since graduating from University of Maryland, College Park, Cohen is on the board of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society Associates, a member of TEDx Young Professionals, Women in Cable Television and Ladies of Comedy Association (LOCA).
