About Your Host
Anne Montavon’s love affair with the entertainment industry began in college where she attended the University of New Mexico. Afterwards, her musical talent took her to New York City where she studied at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and worked for eight years off-Broadway, regionally, and commercially as an actor, singer, and dancer. In Los Angeles, Montavon trained at Upright Citizen's Brigade and performed with several improvisational tour groups. In addition, she’s worked in film and television as a PA, craft services, production coordinating, line producing, and production managing. Montavon also found a passion producing content that aims to empower the LGBTQ community as well as content with diversity and strong female leads. She is currently producing an award winning short film. Montavon works as an assistant at Vita Vera Films, the production company founded and operated by Oscar winner Diablo Cody (JUNO, TULLY, and UNITED STATES OF TARA). Cody is currently under a multi-year development deal with WB. Montavon knows how to meticulously craft a story and deliver it with gusto to get buyers interested.
