Andrei Molchanov is a development assistant at Universal Pictures. After earning his BFA in film from the University of Colorado, he began his career in talent management, primarily working with actors. He then joined the CAA mailroom and went on to be an assistant for Brian Siberell in the motion picture literary department prior to joining the development group at Universal.
