Kegan will also cover what managers look for in potential comedy clients, overall do's and don'ts for writing comedy and the overall landscape of TV!
Kegan Schell started his career at Atlas Entertainment, working on the DC Films under producers Chuck and Rebecca Roven (WONDER WOMAN, SUICIDE SQUAD, AMERICAN HUSTLE). After taking a break to produce a stop motion animated pilot, he then took a job at Echo Lake Entertainment in the literary department working with two managers and their writers and directors. Kegan worked his way up to coordinator with a few clients of his own while still providing support for one of the partners on the lit side, and was recently promoted to Literary Manager.
Echo Lake's client credits include THE POST, AMERICAN GODS, THE OA, CSI: MIAMI, TEEN WOLF, HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER, LAW & ORDER, THE BLACK LIST, AMERICAN DAD, ONE DAY AT A TIME, WORKAHOLICS, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, REVENGE, SMASH, ROYAL PAINS, and more!
