Moreover, busy managers are often more eager to read a 30-pg vs. 120-pg sample to get a sense of a writer’s voice.
This hands-on, interactive class will walk you through all the proper steps to create a unique, comedic, and compelling TV Comedy script. You will be trained by Michael Poisson, Emmy-nominated writer of Adult Swim’s ROBOT CHICKEN. This class will include weekly lectures, personalized assignments, a private consultation plus email exchange throughout the course of the class!

Michael Poisson is an Emmy-nominated screenwriter who is currently staffed on Adult Swim's ROBOT CHICKEN. He was previously staffed on Netflix's RAISING DION and recently attached Red Hour (Ben Stiller's company) to one of his pilots. He has served as a producer and Creative Director for Silent Machine Entertainment (Krysten Ritter's company), where he oversaw the creation, development, and pitching of various television projects including single cam/multi-cam comedies, and dramas. He recently finished shooting the THE DEMONS OF DORIAN GUNN in New York for the Pop network, where he worked as co-Executive Producer on the pilot. Michael has also had a pilot in development with DarkFire Television (Ryan Reynolds’ company), as well as a graphic novel published by Fanboy Comics: www.thearcscomic.com. His writing has placed in various competitions including the Austin Film Festival and TVWriter.com. Michael has also previously served as a writer's assistant on the Fullscreen/Audience Network series CASSANDRA FRENCH'S FINISHING SCHOOL FOR BOYS.

In the Order Summary section of this email you will find a link reading "CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS" that will take you to your syllabus, instructions for submitting material (if any), and the link to join the Live Class.
Payment plans are available for most multi-week classes. For 4-week programs, your balance will be due the second week of class. For longer programs, the balance will be broken up into 3 or 4 payments with the final payment due prior to the final week of class.
