Spring is in the air! Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping, and TV staffing season is getting underway. For the unfamiliar, staffing season is when executives are looking for writers to fill up the writers' rooms on their shows. For TV writers hoping to land a spot in a room, it's the busiest time of year.

But is your script ready for staffing season? And if it's not, what do you need to do to get it there?

Wonder no more! Roadmap now offers a special four week workshop for you to get real world industry feedback on your pilot sample so you can be prepared to tackle staffing season!

You will work on the same script with four different execs over the course of the class. Each exec will give you valuable script notes as well as advice on what you need to do to be ready to staff.

About Your Host

Danny Alexander has been in the TV lit department at the Agency for Performing Arts for the past five years. In that time, he has worked through both development and staffing of cable and broadcast television.

Ashtyn Karachristos is a Development Coordinator within Entertainment One's Digital department, focusing on content development for streaming platforms in multiple mediums. She joined via the recent acquisition of The Mark Gordon Company and previously worked in various fields throughout the industry including talent & literary management, animation, voice talent representation and live event production as a Producer for Victory Lap Variety. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and an alumnus of The Second City Hollywood and IO West.

Audrey Knox worked her way up from Receptionist to Manager at the Cartel. She has experience in both scripted and unscripted television, on set, in production, and in writers’ rooms, and she has a BFA in Screenwriting from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Her true passion lies in producing depressingly introspective comedies, but she’s never met a British gangster drama she hasn’t liked. Audrey also has a four-year old rescue mutt who has performed with the hit comedy rap trio “Three Loco.”

Romil Sharma is a coordinator at showrunner Courtney A. Kemp's production company, End of Episode, where he is working on multiple projects inspired by the world of POWER on Starz, as well as the dirty cop drama DIRTY THIRTY in development at HBO. Prior to that, he was assistant to Chris Selak, EVP and Head of Worldwide Scripted Television at Lionsgate. Before joining Lionsgate, he assisted agents in the TV Literary and Motion Picture Literary departments at ICM Partners. He has previously interned at companies including HBO, Sander/Moses Productions, Perfect Storm Entertainment, and Spring Films. Romil graduated with High Honors in Film Studies from Wesleyan University.
