The Winner of the

Roadmap Writers would like to extend a very special "thank you" to all of our valued partners for helping to spread the word for the search for the our first ever Iconic Characters Fellowship.

This free opportunity brought in nearly a thousand submissions and our readers were really impressed by the creativity, uniqueness and boldness of the writers who entered this fellowship. The decision came right down to the wire, but we have found our winner.

The winner of Roadmap's Iconic Character Fellowship is...

Sean Buckley, writer of the thrilling sci-fi feature ORBIT!

Congratulations Sean!!

Roadmap Writers will help develop Orbit and circulate Sean's script to our roster of executives. We are excited for the opportunity to work closely with Sean to help bring his project to life.

But we're not done with our exciting screenwriting opportunities yet!

Are you ready for our next exciting free screenwriting contest? As we spend so much time with each of our writers, we often hear concerns from members of our community who are over the age of 50 that believe they have a smaller chance of breaking into the industry.

So, on July 5th, Roadmap Writers will be launching our first annual "Wise Words Writing Contest" exclusively for writers over the age of 50!

Stay tuned for more details!
